Vendors Fee: Cost is $25.00 for a spot, if prepaid a week in advance or for your first time we will give a discounted rate of $20.00. In return we will provide you with a spot to set up in a high traffic location and advertising! (if you need multiple spots please contact us about a discounted rate) Sales Tax included.
Hernando County Farmers Market - Conditions of Agreement

______1. We reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion. 2. An accepted application is a commitment to participate in Hernando County Farmers Market and no refunds will be made for cancellations. 3. Each vendor must submit their own application and payment. No spaces will be shared. Setup begins at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. Tear down will start at 3:00 p.m. No one will be allowed to tear down early without management permission. 4. Vendors must staff their exhibits during the entire event. Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their exhibit. Each vendor will provide their own table. Vendors shall exhibit, sell or give away only merchandise, literature and services specified in application and approved. Vendors shall not sell or give away food or beverages without prior approval. 5. In the event of a hurricane or management canceling an event prior to opening fees will be transferred to the next Saturday the market is open. 6. All food vendors who are cooking/heating onsite and/or have a refrigerator must each have a fire extinguisher by order of the Fire Marshal. 7. ALL canopies or covers MUST have 20 lbs. of weight per leg!
Vendors agree to make no claim for any reason against event coordinators for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of goods, nor for injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event.

RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of permitting my participation, I specifically release and hold harmless, Hernando County Farmers Market and its agents for any negligent act(s) or omission(s) committed by any individual, agent, representative, employee, or volunteer of Hernando County Farmers Market and its agents, pertaining to, relating to, or occurring at the event held on 2648 Commercial Way (U.S. Highway 19), Spring Hill, FL 34609, also known as Rural King.
Further, I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Hernando County Farmers Market and its agents for any claims, injuries, damages, costs, judgments, or attorney fees incurred as a result of any claims made by me or on behalf of myself, my business, organization or corporation as a result of any injuries, damages, or claims arising from “the event.”
Additionally, I agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify, Hernando County Farmers Market and its agents for any claims, injuries, damages, costs, judgments, or attorney fees arising from any claims made against me, my business, organization or corporation or made as a result of my negligence and/or as a result of the acts or omissions of any agents, employees, or volunteers working for, on behalf of, or at the request of my business and/or organization.
Finally, I release and hold harmless Hernando County Farmers Market and its agents for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of property or injury sustained by myself or any of my employees, volunteers, or invitees present at or in any way participating in “the event.”
